What does freedom really mean to you?
Could the things that you have believed made you free, actually have served to guarantee your continued enslavement?
I know this story all too well friend, you know I do. We have spent many days that run into nights and then to the next day just talking about it. All of it. And I never get tired of hearing it or talking about it. What I mean by "it" is any and everything that both you and I have been through, mostly comparing but I have always been in awe of your genuine strength for a better life, for not only yourself and your daughter, but for this world. You are only one person, I shall never forget these woords, I think of them often, when yet another celebrity, or famous person of color uses a poor choice of words that you know will make it's rounds and surely end up at your door step, like Chris Rock says "that bus is never late" Donna you are a true inspiration not only to your race but to everyone who ever felt that they've been misundersstood by the simple fact, that they are who they are, and refuse to be accepted by nothing other than who they are. Does that make sense? You have so much work to do and I will be right beside you to see you through..good and bad, doesn't matter it can only make US stronger! You go girl! Don't look back, just keeping looking foward friend, we've got a long road ahead, but I've packed us a lunch!
